Asparagus Cashew Rice Pilaf
We loved this rice dish. We used peas instead of asparagus - frozen peas thrown in with the rice 10 minutes before the rice was done. We omitted the nuts to lower the fat content.

Salmon in Oyster Sauce
We loved this recipe. Next time would use less sugar. Added minced ginger which enhanced the asian flavor. Didn't need to thicken sauce with cornstarch because it was thick enough by the time the salmon was cooked.
