These scones were fabulous. I made them twice now with dried apricots and white chocolate chips. Everyone went nuts over them. I will try them with different ingrediants in the future.

I made these for a Super Bowl party and did they ever go over big. They were gone in no time. I didn't have the mini muffin pans, so I used the regular size muffin pans. I cut the biscuits in half and spread them out to cover the bottom of pan. Then just cover the biscuit with filling and bake. I made sure to spray the pan down good with spray margarine to ensure they came out easy. Excellent recipe. Will use over and over again.

This recipe was extremely good except it could be compared to a fudgy cake recipe. I got many compliments on it and will make again. I did add 2 eggs to the recipe, however.
