Absolutely delicious! I followed the directions pretty close. I omitted the onion in the mashed potatoes, added garlic to the onion and beef mixture and worschestershire sauce. It was awesome! I doubled the recipe and made a deep dish pie and it was gone that night.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Amazingly good! I doubled the recipe and made 2 loaves. I also sauteed the onion and 4 cloves of garlic and then added it to the meat mixture. For the topping, I added about a teaspoon of worchestershire sauce o the ketchup and brown sugar. It was so delicious, even my picky 5 year old loved it!

Exquisite Pizza Sauce

We all loved this sauce! It was awesome. I didn't have any honey, so I used sugar and I added a little salt. But overall, it was great!

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos

These were pretty good. Simple and tasty. I liked the tang the lime and vinegar gave it. I added a bit of chicken broth at the end because I wanted a little more 'juice'. I also used cilantro instead of oregano. Overall, easy and good.

Brown Sugar Smokies

I made these the night before for a party for my parents. I sprinkled them with brown sugar and let them sit in the frigdge over night. Everyone loved them and they were a big hit. When I reheated a few the day after, they were still delicious. I would have preffered more brown sugar. But overall, these were great!

Chicken Wing Dip

This was so easy and delicious. We used canned chicken and blue cheese dressing, and it was great. It was a bit salty, but tolerable. Not sure how to change that! Overall, a great recipe!

Layered Peppermint Bark

Mexican Chicken I

I followed everything and we enjoyed this a lot. It took over and hour to fully cook, but it ended up being perfect. I did mix the beans into the mixture as others suggested.

Apple Crumble Pie

Delicious! I mixed the apples with the sugar and flour and added some cinnamon and cloves. But the topping was delicious and its what made it special. I also baked it low and slow. At 325 for over an hour.
