Blueberry Zucchini Bread
Easy and very tasty! I added extra cinnamon, less sugar and some nutmeg. I got a full loaf and about 9 muffins, delicious. I live at higher elevation so the cooking time was a little bit longer than listed here. I also subbed applesauce for half the oil and can taste no difference, what a great recipe!

Pumpkin Zucchini Bread
I read the reviews and added a bit more pumpkin and more zucchini, i also drained the water out of the zucchini. I cut the sugar and replaced 1 cup of it with brown and used 3/4 c white. I used non-dairy type butter made from so oil and it was awesome! Increasing the spices also made it amazing! It's going fast around here!

Pumpkin Bread IV
Awesome bread!!! I need more loaf pans. I cut the recipe in half and put it all in one regular sized pan...not a good idea! Definitely use the rest for muffins next time. I added chocolate chips and more cinnamon. I also ended up using all spice since I didn't have nutmeg and that turned out just fine! Great bread, super yummy and so easy!
