Tangy Chicken Breasts

We had a big family dinner last weekend and made this. This chicken ROCKS!!! Even the littlest of the kids came back for seconds.

Cracker Candy

Make sure you grease the pan before you start. The stuff we could get out of the pan was TERRIFIC and the rest we needed a jackhammer to get out of the pan.

Scott Hibb's Amazing Whisky Grilled Baby Back Ribs

These were the best ribs that I have ever had! I will not be ordering from a restaurant again. I only used 1/2 the amount of red chile for the sauce and it still was a little too hot for the kids.

Overnight Coffee Cake

This was a great recipe! It seemed strange to make it the night before, but it works. It didn't seem to make very much so I doubled the recipe. It needed about 10 extra minutes to cook

Feta Cheese Foldovers

This was good! I served this at Thanksgiving and got rave reviews. Though next time I would add black olives and sun-dried tomatoes. It was a little plain for my taste.

This was great! My kids are already getting tired. I made this for dinner and they asked to have it again the next day. I used fresh mushrooms and celery and sauteed them with the onions. I also used green olives instead of pimentos. I will definately make this again.
