Coconut Pie
I made this pie for a friend looking for a good old fashioned coconut pie It was a success. I threw it together in just a minute It baked up perfectly and my friend has asked me to make these for her family for Thanksgiving. Delicious and super simple. This recipe is a keeper. Thanks Mary for sharing.

Carrot Bread II
This bread is incredible. I made 3 small loaves for a church function and received raved reviews. Very easy to make and easy on the budget.!!
