Out of this World Turkey Brine

I followed the recipe on these except for two exceptions, I used 24 tortillas instead of 10. I did NOT add any water to the taco meat except during cooking the meat to cook the taco season in. They were GREAT! I will be making this one again!

Kolaches II

These are very good. I used a peach preserve and a blackberry. Very tasty. I like the other users had to use a little additional flour. PLEASE watch carefully in the oven. These burn very quickly on the bottom even though they are only slightly brown on the top. Next time I make these, I may go down a few degrees on the oven. I will make these again. They were very tender.

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge

Thank you for making me a fudge maker!! I have tried several batches and NEVER could get it right. Followed your recipe to the T and I DID IT! Great taste. Light and starts to melt in your mouth as soon as it hits it. I kept my candy therm. on hand. (Just to make sure I wasn't cooking too fast!) Well, for anyone making this DO NOT follow candy therm. Did not reach 240 degrees. I was skepital. Went ahead and took off to stove and YEAH HA it was terrific! Thanks!

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Took this to a church gathering. It was ate up very quickly! Everyone enjoyed the "kick" of the raspberries. I am not a lover of respberries, but I must say, this is really, really great! Thanks a million. P.S. Was asked the next weekend for the recipe!

Hot Chocolate Mix I

This was easy to make. Have a VERY large bowl on hand though. It is very tastey. Using water seemed to make it taste somewhat "watery". I used hot milk the next time and it was very rich and creamy. Enjoy!

Spicy Pretzels

This is really great! If you are not a "spicy" person, don't even think about this. I used a little more caynne pepper for the next batch and it really does "kick." Really easily made for a quick treat. Kids really won't eat it, because it is too spicy. Highly enjoyed it! I have already eaten 2 batches by myself! 2 thumbs up!

Banana Nut Bread Baked in a Jar

This is the BEST banana Bread we have ever eaten! My 11 y/o BEGS for it! Loves it warmed and enjoys every morsal! WE love it! Beautiful gift to give too! Thanks a million! I have been looking for a wonderful bread and this is it. Works very well with pumpkin too!

Anna's Chocolate Chip Cookies

This is a very quick and easy recipe to follow. Although it had a good taste, it was too doughy in the middle. They rise beautifully and stay that way, but the middle is too much to swallow!
