1. How do you like your eggs?  Over easy ... or is it easy over? I don't know. I hate runny whites but love runny yolks good for dipping toast! 2. How do you take your coffee/tea? Coffee with just milk. Tea I drink black and only if coffee is not an option at someone's house. I only make MORE

Sour Cream Banana Coffee Cake
I also doubled the recipe and used 5 bananas but I think that was too many. 4 would have been better but the flavour was yummy. Next time I'll skip the sugar nut mixture and just mix the nuts into the batter since it's easier or maybe even blueberries instead. I sprayed the pan with pam and the cake slid right out.

Lemon Muffins
I was worried when the batter turned out to be more like a dough and I had trouble releasing it from my cookie scoop. I added some lemon juice and sprinkled with poppyseeds. They did turn out kind of bready. Not sure if I did something wrong here. I know I didn't overmix. I used a mini muffin tin to make them then when I found the texture wasn't muffiny I decided to cut off the tops, put some raspberry jam and put the tops back on. Then I made a glaze out of confectioners sugar, milk and vanilla and drizzled on. My co-workers loved them. Overall the flavour was nice but I didn't care for the texture.

MMMMM... Brownies
This was an excellent recipe and was a big hit at work. I used mini muffin tins to make it so it turned out like those one bite brownies only not as fudgy. I added some instant coffee to the batter.
