1. How do you like your eggs?
Over easy ... or is it easy over? I don't know. I hate runny whites but love runny yolks good for dipping toast!

2. How do you take your coffee/tea?
Coffee with just milk. Tea I drink black and only if coffee is not an option at someone's house. I only make myself tea if I have a tummy ache because it seems to help.

3. Favorite breakfast food:
Homefries and any omelette that has cheese in it. But I'm trying to lose weight so cereal or whole wheat toast with cream cheese is on the menu these days.

4. Peanut butter: Smooth or crunchy?
Smooth. But I'd choose Nutella first.

5. What kind of dressing on your salad?
Home made Greek. Bottled Catalina or French. Sometimes ranch.

6. Coke or Pepsi?
Pepsi but we usually buy Coke because I'm not the picky one here.

7. You’re feeling lazy, what do you make?
A phone call for delivery or if I don't want to wait that long a sandwich.

8. You’re feeling really lazy. What kind of pizza do you order?
Spinach, roasted red peppers, sundried tomatoes, olives and feta. Sometimes with chicken.

9. You feel like cooking. What do you make?
Probably mexican because then I get to make and eat lots of yummy toppings and lots of cheese.

10. Do any foods bring back good memories?
All the Polish foods we eat usually only during Christmas.

11. Do any foods bring back bad memories?
Crab legs. Or were they lobster claws? I sliced my finger once because they're sharp but I still eat them anyway because they're yummy.

12. Do any foods remind you of someone?
Hmmm... nope.

13. Is there a food you refuse to eat?
Lamb. Parts of animals that just don't seem like they should be eaten. My husband sometimes eats things like sheep heads or some poor animal's ... um ... jewels. I guess different cultures are into different things. I don't bring these strange items (I don't mean to offend anyone ... I should say strange to me) into my house. He can go out and find them somewhere else.

14. What was your favorite food as a child?
I remember eating subs a lot.

15. Is there a food that you hated as a child but now like?
Hmm... swiss cheese, parsley, cinnamon or ginger now I love them all.

16. Is there a food that you liked as a child but now hate?
I'm not as much into pork (except bacon which I could eat every day).

17. Favorite fruit and vegetable:
Cherries, strawberries when they're sweet  / Swiss Chard, eggplant

18. Favorite junk food:
Milk Chocolate, doughnuts (Boston cream yum!)

19. Favorite between meal snack:
Cereal bars, fruit. I'm trying to eat healthy so those 100cal treats come in really handy.

20. Do you have any weird food habits?
Well, I like to eat my Big Mac in 2 parts. The top half which includes the top and middle bun and the bottom half with only th bottom bun. I like the bottom better.

21. You’re on a diet. What food(s) do you fill up on?
popcorn for snack, broccoli with dinner. It makes that small 4oz piece of chicken feel bigger.

22. You’re off your diet. Now what would you like?
Mmmmmm Creme Brulee! I love it but have never made it. What's wrong with me!

23. How spicy do you order Indian/Thai?
Mild or medium.

24. Can I get you a drink?
Coffee

25. Red or White Wine?
Coffee

26. Favorite dessert?
MMMmmm Creme Brulee!

27. The perfect nightcap?
Coffee!  I'm thinking of joining coffeeholics anonymous.

can you tell me how you used the butterscotch on the strawberries? I tried, and the chips burned. Any suggestions?

Chocolate bacon cupcakes, that sounds yummy. You can't go wrong with chocolate or bacon! I just finished a heaping tablespoon of Nutella. It was goooood! I melted the butterscotch chips in the microwave if I remember correcly. Just do 30 seconds or so depending on how many you have in the bowl, then do 10 seconds at a time stirring in between just until it's melted. Even if there are still a few chunks take it out and stir, the hot part of the chocolate should melt those perfectly.
