Blonde Brownies I
So easy they can be thrown together in no time! I put them in a muffin pan and made 12 blondie cupcakes. Not the prettiest outcome (the centers sunk in slightly), but they are very tasty. Followed the recipe, except used milk chocolate chunks. I'll use this recipe again.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins
This is a very good recipe. The muffins are very tender and moist. Good flavor. The topping, however, it a bit much. Too crunchy - I think next time I will half the topping or double the batter. Would use this a base for other muffins. This one is a keeper.

Blueberry Buckle
Pretty good - tasted better the next morning. It is very similar to a blueberry muffin with crunch topping. Suggestion: The topping get nice and crunchy, but when it's cut...it breaks off in a sheet. I think next time I will put down 1/2 batter, 1/2 topping then rest of batter then topping to make more like a coffee cake.
