About this Cook
My favorite things to cook
Anything fast and tasty. I love to bake, but with only my husband and myself at home, don't really find much opportunity to do so.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Every Christmas, we make chocolate peanut clusters to give away as gifts. These are possibly one of the easiest things on earth to make, but everyone always raves about them and looks forward to getting their "gift".
My cooking triumphs
My husband loves my pineapple upside down cake, so I guess that's a triumph.
My cooking tragedies
I stink at cooking fish. I have made a couple of decent salmon dishes, but that's about it.

Classic Stuffed Peppers
I doubled this recipe, so I can have some leftovers. A couple of changes I made: I added a packet of onion soup mix because I thought the recipe as it was written may have been too bland for my taste (hence the 4 star rating instead of 5). I also used cooked rice and a whole can of Hunt's spaghetti sauce, according to a few other reviewers' suggestions. All in all, it turned out very flavorful. I will definitely be keeping this recipe in my rotation.
