Anything fast and tasty. I love to bake, but with only my husband and myself at home, don't really find much opportunity to do so. Every Christmas, we make chocolate peanut clusters to give away as gifts. These are possibly one of the easiest things on earth to make, but everyone always raves about them and looks forward to getting their "gift". My husband loves my pineapple upside down cake, so I guess that's a triumph. I stink at cooking fish. I have made a couple of decent salmon dishes, but that's about it.
