Easy Lemon Cookies
These were a great pick for my cookie exchange I went to this year. They were extremely fast and easy to make, looked fantastic, smelled delicious, and tasted great. Per other reviews, I used real lemon ruice instead of extract (as I didn't have any extract in the house) and they were fantastic!

Flatlander Chili
After trying many other chili recipes...this one finally met my fiance's approval. He wants me to make it weekly! I did listen to other peoples suggestions and substituted diced tomatoes for the tomato juice. I made cornbread to go with it, and it was the perfect fall/winter Sunday meal!

Chantal's New York Cheesecake
This is now my staple cheesecake recipe. I didn't change a thing and I recieve rave reviews every time!
