This is the recipe that keeps me coming back for more. I'm about to make this quiche for at least the dozenth time and every time it is a huge success. Yes, I've had the pies overflow and yes, I've switched it up from time to time (omitting the ham, adding peppers or broccoli), but I always come back because this recipe is AWESOME.
