Chicken and Biscuit Casserole
I wanted to give this a five but because I followed it to the t, it just came out a little too seasoned. Tasted good, but I wanted great, amazing, wow! I would have gotten rid of the herbs, ie, basil and stuck with less, like pepper and salt. I would have used a little less flour next time, too much flour I think with the biscuits and all and add more milk instead of just the chicken broth. Overall, quite yummy, but not unbelievable. My husband, however thought it was great..I dont know if he was trying to make me feel better or what..Anyhow, also, I made the biscuits from scratch, do not add any herbs to these.. or any herbs to this recipe.. Remember, less is more.

Candied Garlic Chicken Wings
This was is an excellent recipe. I was surfing all recipes and said to myself, "what can I make with chicken wings" and then I came across this recipe. I took some advice from some of reviews, omitted the soysauce alltogether, added a half cup of honey, some hot sauce and cider vinegar along with the cloves of garlic and after cooked, I decided to add some potato starch to thicken the liquid. I think they came out excellent! The hot sauce balances out the sweetness and is more than enough sweet. 1 cup is just way too much. I think I improved the recipe completely :) First mix with cider, add salt and seasoning, add the garlic and some olive oil and let cook on both sides until blood shows on top, then turn to the other side. Add a half cup of honey and about 10 dabs of hotsauce and mix until evened out. Add the starch after the wings are cooked well browned on both sides and let thicken. I added a table spoon and mixed in. Perfect. Enjoy!

Swedish Meatball Casserole
I just wanted to say that the caseerole came out excellent! We made a side of brown rice with this dish. I made some changes however. I added 2 turkey sausages into the meat mixed and used a little more bread crumbs. Instead of one pack of cream cheese, I used two packets of powdered cheese mix that came with the "hamburger helper". I didnt use hamburger helper, I used an organic brand and used two boxes instead of one. I also added some cut onions to the water. I completly took out the nutmeg and instead added some bays seasoning, thyme, parsley and the salt. I used real garlic instead of powdered then I used a tablespoon of tomato paste along with the a1 sauce. Also, after I cooked the meatballs and the macaroni in the oven. I added a bag full of mixed veggies. Mixed together and added the meatballs on top with Mottzarealla cheese sprinkled over the top and some olive oil. I let it cook for ten minutes and all done! A delicious meal! Thanks.
