I am a 33 year old Husband and Dad to be, I cook professionally on a line at a local restaurant and love to cook in my home. I enjoy Science Fiction movies and novels, play guitar and drums, and enjoy making music. I love spicy foods, Picantes, salsas, Moles, Fajitas, Kung Pao Chicken, Jerk Chicken, etc. but I also have a sweet tooth! I love making applesauce, brownies, cookies of all kinds and even an occasional cheesecake. Chex mix every fall, cookies for christmas, Grilling steaks in the summer. The pumpkin cheesecake from scratch was pretty awesome for a one off attempt. The first time I winged a mango jerk chicken dish and it wowed everyone was cool too! I've horrifically burnt everything possible, with the exception of water. you gotta learn somehow, right?
