Flavorful Flounder
I liked this a lot! I also marinated for about a half hour in the lemon juice and some garlic powder. I sprinkled some old bay and parsley on for color. I didn't have green onion so I used yellow, and I baked in a 350 oven for 15 then broiled 5 more. Perfect!

Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken
I have made this many times and it is always great! I also chop up more garlic and let it marinate in the olive oil for some extra flavor, and marinate the breasts in some buttermilk so they are extra tender

Juicy Roasted Chicken
I have made a ton of roasted chickens before, and I didn't tell my fiance this one was different, before he even ate a second bite he commented on how juicy this bird was! I made it exactly as it said (I had a much 7lb roaster so the cooking time was longer) and it was amazing! Have no idea how these simple ingredients did the trick, but they did!
