The cooking time for the chicken is WAY off, so use your own judgement. but the sauce for the chicken is out of this world. seriously, you should make this!!

I have been meaning to write a review on this for a while. I have made this more times than I can count now. It is the easiest but BEST spanish rice you can make. I use Pace salsa and also saute a yellow bell pepper. SO GOOD!!! my boyfriend is tired of mexican food, but I make it all of the time just so I can eat this rice.

This was pretty good. I used the same amount of spices, but used a 1.5lb roast. I covered and baked it for about an hour and 15 minutes. It was falling apart and delicious! thank you for the wonderful recipe.
