I'm a 30 year old fairly experienced cook/chef. I was taught great patience by my father who was a classically trained chef for 30+ years at Walt Disney World. I have no formal training, but am quite proficient in the kitchen. Anything Italian or Asian. I also love practicing my knife skills, I especially like cutting garnishes like tomato roses or any other artsy finishing touch. Don't have a lot, I tend to cook things that I'm in the mood for when I'm in the mood for them. I've got an infant daughter though, so when she is old enough I plan on starting some. Cooking the perfect egg. While growing up, I thought I could heat up a leftover holiday ham on the stovetop in a pyrex casserole dish. All I can say is POP!
