Ten Minute Enchilada Sauce

Flatlander Chili

I use this recipe all the time! I use 1 lb ground meat or stew meat and 1 lb of ground sausage. My family loves it!

Fried Corn with Smoked Sausage

This was a simple, but very delicious dish, even without of the MSG. I served it with rice and it made a complete meal. Great for a busy weeknight!

Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

Taco Seasoning I

Fabulous! So much more flavor than a store-bought package. I will make a whole recipe and use 1/2 for 1 lb of ground beef or chicken. Then save the other half for another meal.

Shrimp and Gravy

All I can say is OH MY GOSH!! This dish was amazing. Even my boy child (7) loved it. I served it over grits and that is the only right thing to serve it over. It is very filling too.

This was so easy and so yummy!. The hardest part was draining the fruit. I blotted it with papertowels. I could have blotted more, because the ball was not as firm as it I would have liked. I did just dump the fruit in my mini-chopper to chop it.

Apple Walnut Bread

I took the suggestion to go 1/2 & 1/2 on the oil and applesauce and I used all-purpose white flour only. It took 70 minutes to cook. This came out so moist & yummy. I am making more to give as Chirstmas gifts at the office.

Stuffed Pork Chops III

This was amazingly good and easy. I took some of the other suggestions and made some of my own additions. After simmering for 30 minutes I did notice the inside flap still pink. So I put a lid over the pan and increased the heat for 5 minutes. All cooked and still very moist.

Slow Cooker Scalloped Potatoes with Ham

Oh My Goodness!!! This was fantastic. I added more ham and left out the salt. Also, I didn't cook it in the slow cooker. I used a 9 x 13 glass pan and baked at 350 for 30 minutes.
