Easy Walnut Raisin Biscotti
This recipe is excellent! I found it necessary, though, to soak the raisins for about 10 minutes before adding them to the mixture. This is now in my permanent recipe collection!

Mint Tea Punch
This was delicious!! I made it exactly as the recipe described. My husband loved it, too. This one is a keeper!

Corn and Zucchini Melody
This was a wonderful way to use up the large amounts of zucchini in my garden! It was fast and easy, and appealed to me because I hate soggy zucchini. Excellent!
