I'm a student at the University of Leicester. I am also Social Secretary of the brand new Baking Society! So it's in my interests to keep learning new recipes and techniques because some of our members are of a very high standard!
I'm originally from Suffolk, East Anglia. I am very much an animal-orientated person! A softie for anything cute, fluffy, charming, characterful... basically lovely animals.
I have been baking since a child, using one of my mother's childhood 60's books as a guide. Have definitely inherited a cook/baking ability, mum's a great cook!
I have a boyfriend of over a year who I very much love! We live quite far apart so it's always a good thing to whip up a yummy pasta bake to share :)
My favorite things to cook
Pasta bakes and pasta sauces. Want to get into making soups, my mother is very good at it! Vegetables. Cakes! Puddings! Anything with chocolate is great. Home made stir frys as well.

Mum's Yorkshire pudding... she just makes a massive one in a large tin!

Not being patient enough to wait for a cake to cool. I am terrible at getting them out of a tin too.
