Sloppy Joes II
I followed this recipe almost exactly (though I did rinse and drain the beef to reduce the fat content between browning it and cooking it in the seasoning). It was delicious, and the leftovers were perfect in Shepherd's pies.

Turkey Bolognese Sauce
I followed this recipe to the letter, and it was amazing. It freezes and re-heats well, too!

Lemon Dill Rice
I read the reviews, and added 1/3rd the amount of dill required. I also cooked it on the stovetop in the interests of time. It turned out well, and I'd make it again.
