I love to bake, but as many overcrowded households, our oven is used for storage. Nevertheless, I am baking any chance I get at a friend's house. Rosenmunnar (as evident in my profile pic) AREPAS Chocolate chip cookies Cheesecake Soup making "tong yune" (sweet glutinous dumplings) for the special Chinese holidays Making Chinese herbal chicken soup, almost like my mom does.. Trying to make yeast bread rolls one time... I guess I did something terribly wrong. I made them really cute cartoon character shapes, but, alas, they came out REALLY hard like bricks. And they smelled/tasted horrible. :( To this day, I haven't attempted making bread. But I hope to do so soon.
