My cooking triumphs
very recently.. making a very tasty vegetable soup.....
My cooking tragedies
a baked tray of sugar cookies hot from the oven (okay it just was pillsbury), being afraid of burning my hand on the cookie sheet, trying to maneuver it onto the messy kitchen table........ alas, the entire pan flips out of my hand and onto the FLOOR.. ALL OF IT................!!

Suzy's Mashed Red Potatoes
I bought the wrong size (too big) of red potatoes.. So I actually had to boil them for close to 30-40 mins total. Was delicious, but maybe not flavorful enough? Will keep this recipe and try a variation next time.

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
It was incredibly easy to make these cookies! My only advice to others is 1) Definitely keep an eye on the clock or timer, because they brown pretty quickly and 2) After the cookies are out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes to harden completely, before you devour them!

Grilled Asian Chicken
Overall, this is a great and fast/easy recipe! You'll definitely like the taste of the sauce! (It's a bit easy to overcook the sauce, so be careful!)
