Pesto Chicken
Very yummy! I used low sodium turkey bacon...because its what i had in hand and this chicken had an amazing flavor!!

Garlic and Herb Lamb
Wow this is truely gourmet! Just as perfect as could be...but my 2.5 lb roast took 2 hrs to cook...so alot plenty of cooking time.

Seared Sea Scallops
This was pretty good for a restaurante style appetizer at home.. I served this with a melted butter dipping sauce.
