I am a mid-west mom and wife who shares the love of GOOD food with my husband. We have two young daughters who also love to help us in the kitchen! I work full-time as a substitute teacher and enjoy trying new recipes in my time away from school! Many of the recipes I post are from my husband as well as myself :) Baked goods, poultry, beef, pasta, you name it we'll give it try! We like spice! I come from a large traditional Italian family and ALL of my Aunts and Uncles enjoy fine food. My mom is a gourmet cook and my husband is actually a better cook than me! I am excited to have a new kitchen to explore and cook in!
