Rhubarb and Strawberry Pie
Superb recipe. I used organic cane sugar instead of white sugar. This recipe was almost as good as the pie my great-grandmother used to make when I was a child.

Kielbasa Kale Stew
This was delicious! Finally, a great way to eat Kale. I used spicy red hot sausage and it gave the soup a spicy zing. Delicious!

Chinese-Style Baby Bok Choy with Mushroom Sauce
I substituted King Trumpet mushrooms, and they were fabulous. I've been making my own version of this that have never compared to this recipe that I tasted in China. My biggest mistake was sauteing the bok choy instead of boiling it. This was perfect!
