I am not much of a cook. My family likes manicotti so I looked up best Manicotti recipes. This one is time consuming and I didnt have ground beef so I used Hot Italian Sausage and added cottage cheese to the ricotta. My family said it was better than any restuarant! I agree! So much for not being a good cook.
