Banana Cream Pie I
The recipe worked perfect except I put bananas on the bottom the sides and in between the two batches I made to fill up my pie tin. I also dipped the bananas I placed on the top in lemon juice which worked well to keep them from turning brown but also lent quite a bit of lemon flavor to the pie. I would pat them dry first, perhaps.
