Chinese Chicken Fried Rice II
I love this recipe! I use sesame oil to give it more of an Asian flavor. I also add a little more soy sauce, a dash of rice vinegar, frozen peas and green onions. It's also great with pork.

Szechwan Shrimp
Doubled the sauce and I'm soooo glad I did. This was the best shrimp I've ever made. Delicious!

Cocktail Meatballs
My sauce was increddddibly spicy! I'm Mexican, so I can handle my spice, but wow! I guess my chili sauce was too potent. I am living in Hong Kong and bought a Chinese brand of sauce (not rooster). I had to add a lot more of the cranberry sauce to make it tolerable. Other than THAT ... great!
