Snow Flake Cocoa
Being more of a milk chocolate fan I've replaced the white chocolate chips with Ghiardelli milk chocolate chips. No matter what type of chocolate you use this is a delicious cocoa recipe...thank you!!

Vanilla - Chocolate Powdered Sugar Frosting
Easy recipe but it didn't yield much...had to double the recipe. It was also EXTREMELY sweet...I would cut back on sugar next time...though I will say that it tasted not as sweet the next day after having been refrigerated...will try again but w/some tweaks here and there.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
I've been using this recipe to make chocolate chip cookies for a few years now...and I've never received anything but rave reviews. I sometimes mix it up w/different pudding flavors but that's about as far as I stray from the original recipe. This recipe makes a deliciously chewy cookie...and it couldn't be simpler to make them, bake them and of course eat them. Honestly...anyone who is disappointed by this recipe is either not looking for a homemade cookie but rather those break apart ones in the grocery stores...or they just didn't follow directions correctly.
