Roasted Winter Squash Seeds
Excellent, just as good as toasted pumpkin seeds! I like mine saltier, so after rinsing I boil in salt water (1 Tblsp salt per half cup of seeds) for about 10 minutes, then pat dry, toss with the olive oil and bake.

Jo's Rosemary Bread
Possibly the BEST bread recipe I've ever tasted, so tender and delicious! I doubled the rosemary and it was perfect...served it with melted sharp cheddar.

The Old Boy's Strawberry Pie
This pie is simply wonderful...almost worth letting strawberries get a little sad on purpose just to have an excuse to make it! My only suggestion is using slightly less strawberries than the recipe calls for by up to half...I preferred the consistency better and it took less time to bake.
