Pumpkin Cranberry Nut Bread
Very tasty - I really liked the combination flavor of pumpkin and tangy cranberry. I have never chopped fresh cranberry before and next time I will use a food chopper! Overall, it was yummy but could have been more moist.

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
Good recipe. Tasted more like cottage cheese and sour cream than the cheddar that I was expecting. I would have liked for it to be more creamy also. I will try adding a soft cheese like mozzarella and more cheddar next time.

No Bake Pumpkin Pie I
Really tasty dish, but NEEDS to be served chilled. Did not solidify like regular pumpkin pie. I really liked the graham cracker crust with the spicy ginger flavor.
