These are definately a keeper. A little work dipping them in chocolate but worth the extra effort. After dipping them in chocolate I froze them Overnight and they stay hard about 2 hrs after coming out of the fridge but after that they become soft because of the cream cheese inside the truffle. They taste awesome.
