Love to cook to unwind (and to fill everyone's tummies!) :) Anything with potatoes!!! Because they are soooo delicious! Being from Russia, I love family celebrations- the kind you have probably seen in "My Big Fat Greek Wedding." The whole family gets together, things get loud, everyone is making great foods and having (a few too many) drinks. Yes, vodka being one of them. :p Oh, you know, pretty much everything I cook is amazing... Kidding! :) One of my guinea pigs' favorites is probably quiche or lasagna (or anything with potatoes and various spices). Um. Where do I start? What was intended to be multiple cookies turned into one giant mess that was not exactly edible, but we ate it, anyway. I recall my mother calling it a "giant slab of clay." I think that sums it up nicely. :)
