Cranberry-Cardamom Muffins
I cut the recipe in half, but got 24 muffins. And my first batch stuck, so I reccomend greasing the muffin cups. I subbed frozen blueberries (thawed and dried). The muffins were okay, but I wouldn't make them again without adding another 1/4 - 1/2 cup sugar and some cinnamon, or maybe honey. But that's a personal taste.

Cheddar Biscuit Cups
I was looking for an easy recipe to use up Self-Rising Flour and these were great. Though I made a bunch of changes. I added about a tsp Garlic powder and 1/2tsp black pepper. I also subbed Buttermilk for the milk and some cream cheese for the mayo because I needed to use them up. I just made them as drop biscuits and they had a nice crispiness on the outside, but were moist on the inside.

Coffee Cooler
The banana I used was probably too ripe because the banana taste was way too strong. I even used a 1.25oz pouch of cocoa mix and added another tablespoon Sugar. It was still alright, but next time I'll either half or eliminate the banana.
