I love to cook all different types of food. I think I might like casseroles the best but for the most part I like to cook everything.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Every year for Thanksgiving me and my parents always make my Dad's, Mom's stuffing. I just recently learned the recipe and tried it out for the first time in 2008 and it turned out GREAT!
My cooking triumphs
Baking and my Chicken enchilidas would have to be the best thing that I make.
My cooking tragedies
I am HORRIBLE at making home made pie crusts. I refuse to make them so whenever I make a pie I always buy the crusts...better safe then sorry HAHA.
