Herman Pancakes
These turned out really well. I used my regular Sourdough Starter and just added about a fourth cup more sugar and a teaspoon of vanilla. (love vanilla) Definetly beats the pancake mix!

Frozen Peanut Butter Cheesecake
Completely irresistable! I used a bought graham cracker pie crust instead of making my own; I was bringing the ingredients with me and didn't want to bring any excess food. So I couldn't rate the crust, but the pie is wonderful! Excellent peanut butter taste for pb fans!
