I made this last night with a top round London Broil (that I had defrosted by mistake, and it was far too big to grill for 2 people). My husband and I both loved it. It was very tender with a great flavor. I added potatoes, carrots, celery and onions to the pot before I put the meat in. We now have delicious, easy to use leftovers. I will definitely make this again!
