Baked Scallops
My wife liked it more than I did... i think there needed to be more crust... I broiled it for the last few min... maybe a bit longer under the broiler next time would do the trick.

Grilled Swordfish with Rosemary
I used frozen swordfish and it turned out pretty good. I added a splash of balsamic for a little bite.

Stir Fried Kale
It was tasty, but a little chewy. Not sure if I cooked it too long or not long enough. Taste was even better heated up the next day!
