I am the mother of 2 grown daughters. Ironically, one never cooks and the other wishes she would have gone to culinary school instead of becoming a nurse! Now an empty nester, enjoying life with my husband Terry, dog Toby & 2 cats, Spanky & Abby.

I love simple but great tasting recipes the most, but am willing to try anything.
My cooking triumphs
I consider anything I cook which others like a triumph and recently, many of those recipes have come from this website!!!
My cooking tragedies
I made a rabbit dish once (Rabbit Dijon) that was just plain gross!
