Roasted Brussels Sprouts
I had never tried Brussels Sprouts before, and I'm quite confident this was the way to go. These are so suprisingly good, and it couldn't be easier to prepare. They are salty and crispy on the outside, while creamy, sweet and nutty inside. My husband and I called hese vegan creampuffs. You must try this recipe!
