I almost gave up on my bread machine until I tried this recipe. It produced the best bread I've tasted so far from my bread machine. I took the advice of other reviewer when I baked it the second time by putting 3 tbs of sugar and 2 tsp of yeast. It produced a much better bread from my bread machine. Definitely recommend this recipe to other bread machine newbies.
