Absolutely delicious...only (tiny) change I made was using 6 slices of bacon instead of four. Fantastic!

Hearty Ham Casserole

Very good! Put the leftover Easter ham to good use and had all the other ingredients on hand! I used real shredded cheese and added some to the sauce as others had recommended.

Grilled Salmon I

This was the best salmon I have ever tasted. I didn't modify the recipe at all. Made it just as it said (so easy) and it was just incredible. Even my kids loved it. This is a keeper!

Avocado, Tomato and Mango Salsa

Delicious! We just made this and I haven't even refridgerated it yet...it is so good I am going to have a hard time waiting 30 minutes! We doubled the recipe and added only 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Tasted good even before adding any. What a fantastic summer salsa. It did take a while to prepare (we used all fresh ingredients), but it was worth it in the end!
