I am a single mom and Im always trying to make the gross foods that kids hate exciting.. and 3-5 days a week we have backwards day, so we get to have our dessert first!!! Dessert Dessert and more Dessert!! Anything that someone thinks is going to take tooo long or be too complicated I want in on. I love pastrys, cakes, cookies, pie anything that may or may not have way too much sugar or be able to meet your sweet tooth. Anything to do with baking and the holidays!!! I love cake decorating and making amazing cheesecakes, brownies and pastry's. The first time I ever made a cheesecake or any type of pastry (I think I was 10) I have ruined the most simple things like No bake cookies and grilled cheese and anything that would just be normal to any other person. I need complication!!
