Baked Tortilla Chips

They were ok but not what I expected after reading the recipe and some of the reviews. Only the ones that were quite brown turned out crunchy.. the others were pretty chewy. I also don't think they had enough flavor. I packed them with fresh guacamole and it worked well enough but definitely not all great

Banana Crumb Muffins

Nice a moist, a bit too sweet for my taste. Next time I will just leave out the extra sugar in the batter and see how that affects the consistency. I did add a cup of melted dark chocolate candy melts. My 3 year old is so picky.. he loves banana but wont eat banana bread/muffins because he sees the brown stringy fibers in it. The chocolate is hiding that part :)

Egg-Free Dairy-Free Nut-Free Cake

I made this cake today and it is a flat gewy piece of something.. but not cake. When Is tarted mixing it it was so clumpy that I used a handmixer to get it smooth. I am not sure if that messed it up? I am sad, after all these rave reviews I was excited to finally make a cake for my allergic son that he can enjoy. If anyone knows why it turned out this way, let me know
