These were great!! The only thing I changed about them was after buying the dry enchilada mix I realized that I didn't have tomato sauce to mix it with like the package said so I used some leftover stewed tomatoes, and they made these incredible!!!! And of course a little extra cheese before baking and sour cream before serving, yummy!!!
