Pro Ganache
This makes such a beautiful chocolate icing! I find that it does indeed give my cakes a more creative, decorative look. If you are making a bundt cake, I would advise cutting the recipe in half, as it makes a LOT!

Too Much Chocolate Cake
I think this must have been very good cake, but I wouldn't know because it disappeared within 15 minutes of putting it on the table for a meeting and all I experienced was what I scraped off the plate I brought it on. Everybody loved it. I wish I could have gotten a picture. I made half a recipe for Pro Ganache (recipe on this site) for icing, trimmed the bottom edge with raspberries and filled the center to overflowing with more raspberries and added a few squiggles of white decorating icing. It made a beautiful cake.

Tomato Barley Soup
As others have said, this soup is satisfying and delicious. I usually do have to thin it out just a bit as it makes a pretty thick "stew" like meal.
