Fabulous Wet Burritos
Huge hit with the familly. I used as much low fat/healthy items as possible. Extra lean turkey, added chopped green pepper to meat mixture, turkey chili, Heart Healthy tomato soup, fat free vegetarian refried beans & 1/2 c. of 2% cheese. Also used shells that are very high in fiber and low in fat. It didn't make it taste 'healthy' at all!!! They all loved it, I will make again and again.
