One day I hope to open my own bakery Baked Goods...all of them. I like to play around with ideas. Mexican food.. anything with spice Thanksgiving of course. Christmas morning pancakes. Every Sunday family bbqs. Being my grandmother's "Official Taste Tester" to her wedding cakes. I've baked alot of things I'm proud of. Both flavor and presentation. But I did manage to make really good Jerk Shrimp out of only a few ingredients. I'm married to a man with special diet needs so it's difficult to always make something good that he can eat.
