Corned Beef and Cabbage I
This was my first attempt at Corned Beef and Cabbage and it was fantastic! I took the advice of some of the previous reviewers and used beef broth instead of water to cook the corned beef in. I pulled the briskit out of the broth and let it sit for an hour while the veggies cooked then put it back in to rewarm. You could cut he meat with a fork. I will be making this again.
